ICICI Prudential AMC to launch IPO on December 12, 2025

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co Ltd has revealed the price band for its upcoming IPO at Rs 2,061–2,165 per share.

The public offering will open on December 12, 2025, and close on December 16, 2025.

At the top end of the price band, the company is valued at Rs 1.07 lakh crore.

What You Need to Know About the IPO

This IPO is a purely Offer For Sale (OFS), meaning the promoter, Prudential Corp Holding, is selling around 10% of its stake (4.9 crore shares).

After the IPO, Prudential Corp Holding’s stake will reduce from 49% to 39%, while ICICI Bank will continue to hold 51%.

The IPO has been managed by 18 lead managers, including major names such as Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, BofA, Axis Securities, CLSA, Kotak Mahindra Capital, SBI Caps, ICICI Bank, Goldman Sachs, HDFC Bank, and Motilal Oswal.
